Hesap ve veri silme

Rivenmark hesabını ve ona bağlı kişisel verilerini istediğin zaman silebilirsin. İki yolu var.

1. Oyunun içinden (önerilen)

  1. Oyunu aç ve hesabınla giriş yap.
  2. Ayarlar → Hesap bölümüne git.
  3. Hesabı sil'e dokun ve onayla.

Silmeden önce verilerinin bir kopyasını istersen aynı bölümdeki Verilerimi indir'i kullanabilirsin.

2. E-postayla

Oyuna giremiyorsan, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@rivenmarkonline.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Talebin hesabın sahibinden geldiğini doğrulamak için hesabındaki adresten yazman gerekir; gerekirse sana ek bir doğrulama sorarız.

Sonra ne olur

14 gün geri alma süresi: talepten sonra hesabın 14 gün bekler. Bu sürede oyuna giriş yaparak talebini iptal edebilirsin. Talebin alındığında ve silme tamamlandığında sana e-posta göndeririz.

Silme: 14 günün sonunda, en geç 7 gün içinde silme tamamlanır. Talebin her durumda 30 gün içinde sonuçlanır.

Silinenler

  • E-posta adresin, şifre özetin ve giriş bilgilerin
  • Oturumların ve hesap ayarların
  • Sohbet mesajların
  • Karakter adların (anonimleştirilir)

Saklananlar

  • Oyun içi işlem defterleri: ekonominin bütünlüğü ve hile tespiti için silinmez; seninle ilişkilendirilemeyecek biçimde (takma adla) saklanır.
  • Güvenlik kayıtları: dolandırıcılık önleme amacıyla, takma adla ve sınırlı süreyle.
  • Yalnızca kural ihlali nedeniyle yasaklanan hesaplar için: e-posta adresinin geri döndürülemez bir özeti 2 yıl saklanır; yasağın yeni bir hesapla aşılmasını önlemek için.

Account and data deletion

You can delete your Rivenmark account and the personal data linked to it at any time. There are two ways.

1. In the game (recommended)

  1. Open the game and sign in to your account.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you want a copy of your data first, use Download my data in the same section.

2. By email

If you cannot sign in, send an email with the subject "Account deletion request" to support@rivenmarkonline.com from the email address registered to your account. You need to write from that address so we can confirm the request comes from the account owner; we may ask for an additional verification if needed.

What happens next

14-day cancellation window: after your request, your account waits for 14 days. During this time you can cancel the request by signing in to the game. We email you when we receive the request and when the deletion is complete.

Deletion: after the 14 days, deletion is completed within 7 days at the latest. Your request is always resolved within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your email address, password hash and sign-in details
  • Your sessions and account settings
  • Your chat messages
  • Your character names (anonymized)

What is kept

  • In-game transaction ledgers: not deleted, for the integrity of the economy and cheat detection; kept under a pseudonym so they cannot be linked to you.
  • Security records: for fraud prevention, under a pseudonym and for a limited time.
  • Only for accounts banned for rule violations: an irreversible hash of the email address is kept for 2 years, to stop the ban from being evaded with a new account.
